The song was one many probably haven’t heard of, “Rock You” by the band Helix. For those unfamiliar with the song the chorus is as follows:
Gimme an R (R!)
O (O!)
C (C!)
K (K!)
Whatcha got? (Rock!)
And whatcha gonna do? (Rock you!)
My question for all of you reading this is,
What are some of your favorite songs that spell something out in its lyrics?
Do you prefer Men Without Hats and their S-A-F-E-T-Y D-A-N-C-E?
Or are you more of an Aretha person looking for a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T?
Perhaps you prefer to do your R-O-C-K (ing) in the USA, or long to be Back in the, back in the, back in the U.S.S.R.
