I came across a post on www.thetravelersnotebook.com called, "How to Move to Canada if McCain Wins the Election."
It details the steps you need to take to become a Canadian citizen in case the possible impending doom occurs next Tuesday. The info includes the list of programs you might fit into to have them accept your application, a fee schedule, and a link to the actual application.
Unfortunately the wait can be anywhere between 7 and 21 months, so it could take a while. If you start your research now though you will be ready by Tuesday if need be.
