Viggo Mortensen in "Appaloosa".
In "Eastern Promises", Viggo Mortensen gave a magnificent performance as a Russian mobster in London, which garnered him critical praise and an Oscar nod.
In "Appaloosa", we find Mr. Mortensen still playing the tough guy, but in an Old West setting.
Set in New Mexico, the film stars Ed Harris (who also directed), Mortensen, Renee Zellweger and Jeremy Irons. Mortensen and Harris play two hired guns with the charge of cleaning up a rough. . .
