Instant Replay Thoughts
As you all know by now, Major League Baseball has taken a step in adding Instant Replay. Now, this could work out if done properly. At this moment, it's going to be for determining whether a ball was hit fair or foul for a Home Run. Do not expect it to be used so much based upon that procedure. I think it was time to add it as too many mistakes were being made on that particular zone.
Before people start having a panic attack on balls and strikes being reviewed, let me state why it wouldn't and shouldn't happen. Besides the fact it is rather ridiculous, the big reason would be the Umpires would never go for it. Do you think for one minute they want that to looked at as well? Common sense in this says they would sooner quit than allow that to happen. That right there is something I seriously doubt anyone would go through with it.
