i have compiled a short-list of TV parents that are quite possibly based on the behaviour of my parents:
3rd PLACE
Parents: Frank & Marie Barone
TV Show: Everybody Loves Raymond
Character Traits: affectionately putting each other down and claiming not to be happy, the mum cooks and the dad criticises
