I thought it might be a fun idea to share some trivia about our current presidential and vice-presidential candidates. Sure, politics are usually not fun, but some aspects of it can be.


1) Let’s start with an easy one. Which candidate lists their favorite food as Moose Stew?

2) Which candidate owns a 1967 Corvette?

Answer: Joe Biden

3) Match each candidate with the name of one of his or her children.

8) Match each candidate with his or her father’s occupation.

In 1982, Palin enrolled at Hawaii Pacific University but left after her first semester. From there she transferred to North Idaho College, where she spent two semesters as a general studies major. From there, she then transferred to the University of Idaho for two semesters. She then left the University of Idaho and attended Matanuska-Susitna College in Alaska for one term. The next year she returned to the University of Idaho where she spent three semesters completing her Bachelor of Science degree in communications-journalism, graduating in 1987.

10) Who wrote in a third grade essay that they wanted to become President of the United States of America?

its hard to believe Joe Biden was a stutterer, he speaks so eloquently and confidently now!

I agree Morgan. It is amazing how many stutterers actually grow out of it. I actually think that might make a good post some time soon. A list of famous people that have overcome it.

Singer Bill Withers ("Ain't no sunshine when she's gone", "He ain't heavy {He's my brother}" )

Singer Carly Simon ( "Anticipation", "You're so vain")

Both stuttered, but luckily found it much easier to sing than speak as children.
