Queen of the Hill - Starring Sarah Palin and Company
While wandering the internet I came across a site or two that mentioned the similarities between John McCain and Cotton Hill, as well as Sarah Palin and Peggy Hill, characters from the TV show "King of the Hill." My reaction was wow, I never made that connection, but it makes perfect sense. After thinking for a couple minutes I started realizing there is much more to be made of the similarities here. I watched every episode of the show for the first 5 or so seasons it was on so they just started jumping out at me. Here is what I came up with, hope you enjoy.
Please keep in mind not all of them look exactly alike. Also, all King of the Hill and Beavis & Butthead images are property of creator Mike Judge.

Presidential Nominee, John McCain came home from war a hero, then left his wife for a younger woman with money and power.
Cotton Hill came home from war a hero, and left his wife for a younger woman that had power over him when she was his nurse.
Head McCain-Palin Speech-writer, who seems to write a lot of what the candidates say. Because most of the time you can't understand any of it.
Chuck Mangione was prematurely paid half a million dollars to play at the opening of the 'Bridge to Nowhere,' which will never open now.
The day the 'Bridge to Nowhere' was planned while the gang relaxed in the waters off the coast of Gravina Island.
Angry leader of North Korea and some nuclear things, Kim Jong Il relaxing. (Possibly on a Wednesday afternoon at the Alaskan Governor's Mansion?)
Bobby Hill, not thebrightest kid in his class, but could grow up to be President. (See image to the left.)
George W. Bush, drunk and in the female athlete housing at the Beijing Olympic Games in search of Misty May-Treanor's lower-back tattoo. He wants to compare his with hers.
Many know that Mike Judge created King of the Hill, and Beavis and Butthead. They also know that this character, Tom Anderson, was the basis for Hank Hill. This has led me off on a slight tangent. . .
George W. Bush posing for his official Presidential Portrait. Every time he sees it he begins saying "Come to Bushy, Come to Bushy."
Dick Cheney takes W's advice and tries sniffing some paint thinner and says, 'Wow George that really does make me feel good. You do this how many times a day? Are you sure this doesn't do any damage?'
George W. Bush on the left says, 'Wow Cheney dude, heh heh, Washington must have gotten all the chicks!' Cheney on the left replies with some incoherent mumbling. W then asks, "so where do they keep Washington's nads? huh huh"
