Looks like production on Ridley Scott’s new Robin Hood epic Nottingham is close to getting a start date. Yep, another Robin Hood movie.
It’s been 15 long years since the last spate of robbin’ from the rich and givin’ to the poor by a bunch of merry men.
That was Mel Brooks’ spoof Robin Hood: Men in Tights (1993), starring Cary Elwes, which followed Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1991), of course with Kevin Costner and his American accent in the title role. . .
