Recipe - Taco Pasta

Recipe: Taco Pasta
My wife and I sometimes try to be creative while cooking. At times the creations come out a bit iffy, but many times we come out with a very tasty dish.
This is one of those tasty treats we created. (Well, at least I and a few others have never heard of it before.)
Taco Pasta:
Ingredients:
1 - 8 oz. can of cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 pound ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning - add water as directed
(We use Taco Bell brand or Old El Paso. use your favorite if you have one. For us the Old El Paso was a bit spicier.)
1/2 box rotini pasta
shredded cheese (for topping)
Directions:
As pasta cooks as directed, brown and drain ground beef in a skillet Add taco seasoning as directed on package. Remember the package is probably for use with a full pound of ground beef so adjust accordingly. Drain the pasta and set aside while the ground beef continues to cook. Stir together the cheddar cheese soup and sour cream until well blended. Stir pasta into the new mixture to coat. Stir in meat.
Serve topped with your choice of variety of shredded cheese, and sour cream. We stop with those toppings, but feel free to add you favorite salsa, diced tomatoes, onions, etc.
Enjoy.

lol Gotta love Google ad targeting.
It is very good. I love sour cream and that is about all I put on top of it, well other than the cheese. Must have cheese, it makes most things better.
