It seems there is no limit to the extent Hollywood will recycle, with the legendary Three Stooges about to make a return to the big screen.
In need of a hit, writing-directing duo The Farrelly Brothers are set to bring the slapstick comedy trio into the 21st century.
Variety reports the film has already been pencIlled in for a November 2009 cinema release.
"It’s not a biopic. It takes place in present day, and they look, dress and sound exactly like the Stooges," Peter Farrelly told Variety.
