[B]HOT! New Book - Hollywood Pinups by Timothy White

Let me start this post with the "About the Author" section direct from Amazon.com

"Timothy White is one of the most prolific and sought-after celebrity photographers in the country. For twenty years, he has captured the intimate, playful sides of legendary actors and actresses as well as the innocence of up and comers. He has photographed and continues to shoot some of the most recognizable movie posters of our time, the covers of countless high-profile publications, and imagery for an extraordinary roster of musicians. He lives in New York City."

Now you know a little about Timothy White. His images are amazing, as you will see in just a minute. He has taken some extremely beautiful women and made them even more enticingly beautiful, hot and sexy. All while keeping the images extremely classy and tasteful, which is probably the only reason some of these stunning women agreed to be a part of this book.

The name of the book is "Hollywood Pinups." In the book Timothy White takes some stars of recent times and captures them in the old '40s style pinup gal poster. The book contains 80 pages, and i am including Amazon.com links below for those that might want to purchase it to see the rest of the wonderful images.

Enough of my rambling, onto the pictures. Please share what you think of them below in the comments section.

Please note that I have only included their ages to point out how unimportant age is when it comes to beauty, and sexiness. Forty-something is most definitely the new Thirty-something!

Hi James,

I too am amazed that is Cindy. As I said, it is my least favorite of them.

my favourites of your collection would have to be Salma Hayek and Melissa George . . . you are right, he knows how to photograph backs, and i think these two look the most elegant!

i think its really nice that you have included their ages, some of the old broads still scrub up pretty nicely!

oh and as a side comment i think Denise Richards (as an actor) is most widely known for her role in Wild Things the film . . . but Mrs Charlie Sheen does pretty much sum up what she is infamous for!

lol well after realizing the ages of the ones I was posting I knew some would find it hard to believe they were as old as they are, so I included them. Because as you said,
some of the old broads still scrub up pretty nicely!

Wow, Gina can bend that body very nicely!
Cindy Crawford looks like a transexual. Scary.
I've always had the hots for Jennifer Beals.
I like the shot of Michelle Trachtenberg.
Nice derriere on Angie Harmon (never heard of her), and great butt on 49-year old Rebecca DeMornay ... my God I remember her in Risky Business all those years ago!

Hi Bryn,

Yep, looks nothing like Cindy Crawford to me. Angie has done mostly TV, with her most prominent role probably being on Law & Order. Rebecca has certainly aged well.

Love all of the pictures. Didn't recognize several of them and had to read who they were before it would register. Really love the picture of Lauren Graham and am really glad that she was picked for this project. Bought the book a couple days after it came out and a lot of my friends have looked at it and are really amazed with it.
