Tailgating goes hand in hand with football, food and fun. Head out to the football parking lot, break out the hibachi grill and enjoy some great grilling. Did I say, hibachi grill, why yes I did and here is why. Hibachi grills are sturdy, portable, easy to clean and can be used just about everywhere. Just take some charcoal, burger, brats or some easy fixings and you can have a great party with a minimum of work.
You have can enjoy some little smokies, or cocktails meatballs on toothpicks. They take only minutes to grill and you can munch away. Or cook up some sirloin steak strips and mushrooms, toss between French bread and have a great sandwich. The possibilities are endless and easy.
You can cook for one or cook for a crowd. Spray the grates before cooking with grilling oil and clean up is just a matter of brushing off the grill grates. Remember, too take enough along to enjoy and you will be munching your way through 4 quarters of the big game. Also remember that the smells will draw your neighbors from near and far and you may just start sharing your munchies as you talk about the game. The more you take in this case the better off you will be.
Everything you can make at home you can also make on your grill. From pizza, to chicken wings, sausage, and even turkey legs. Grilling is a tradition at football games so just take your grill, get cooking and enjoy the game!
